An epic weekend for the club. The Under 11s reached the semi finals of the Paddy Brennan Cup with a 2-0 win against Orchard Celtic. A fully deserved victory and the lads are looking forward to playing for a place in the final.
On Sunday the Under 16s were narrowly beaten 2-1, after extra time, by Swilly Rovers from Donegal. But this was a terrific occasion with a huge crowd in Broadford Park to see two fine teams battle it out for a place in the last sixteen. The lads were a credit to the club and the game was played in a fine spirit of sportsmanship.
